DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

• Role: DevOps / Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
• Work mode: Hybrid (2 days per week from the client office in Kraków)

Description

You will design, implement, and develop reliable cloud infrastructure and automation solutions, with a preference for Azure and Kubernetes. You will build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and provisioning of environments, and improve the application lifecycle. You will also implement and optimize monitoring and observability using Datadog and Grafana/Prometheus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure (preferred: Azure) and Kubernetes-based container platforms using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and automate application deployments, environment provisioning, and operational processes
• Improve application lifecycle workflows
• Implement and optimize monitoring and observability systems (Datadog, Grafana/Prometheus)

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud and Kubernetes
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and IT process automation (Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD configuration and management (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
• Knowledge of security, scalability, and cloud cost optimization (FinOps) best practices
• Practical knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Azure Monitor)
• Very good English (minimum C1)
• Willingness to work hybrid from the Kraków office
