Description

Join an international team to design, develop, and maintain new features for a quality management platform built on .NET 9 and ASP.NET Core. You’ll work across the web application, REST APIs, and background-processing workloads, improving performance, reliability, and secure organization-scoped access. The role includes code reviews, testing, and incremental modernization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new features in the TQM web app, APIs, and background-processing workloads

• Improve application performance and reliability, including SQL Server and NHibernate data access

• Maintain secure per-organization access and data separation throughout the platform

• Participate in code reviews, technical decisions, testing, and incremental modernization

• Collaborate with an international development team

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional C# development

• Strong production experience with ASP.NET Core and modern .NET

• Experience working with large, modular applications and improving them incrementally

• Modern C# with .NET 9 and ASP.NET Core

• SQL Server design, indexing, and performance tuning

• NHibernate (or strong experience with another mature ORM) and willingness to learn NHibernate

• RESTful API design with OpenAPI/Swagger contracts

• Automated testing with MSTest, Moq, or comparable tooling

• Docker and container-based development

• Layered architecture and SOLID principles

• Security in organization-scoped SaaS systems (authorization, data separation, privacy)

• English proficiency level B2 (written and spoken)
