Description

You will design and build resilient, secure software solutions for the cybersecurity domain. The role focuses on developing REST APIs and microservices, integrating security testing capabilities, and deploying containerized services. You will collaborate with cybersecurity experts to translate security requirements into scalable and automated software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy REST API services and microservices using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Translate cybersecurity requirements into scalable, automated software with security experts
  • Integrate third-party vulnerability scanning tools and build in-house security testing capabilities
  • Deploy services in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes for high availability and performance
  • Write automated tests for unit, integration, and functional testing
  • Perform peer code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize services for operability and performance
  • Improve development processes in an agile/DevSecOps environment
  • Document solutions and technical procedures in line with governance standards

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-stack Python development with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
  • Strong understanding of microservice architecture, including CQRS, SAGA, and event sourcing
  • Experience deploying services with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Advanced SQL skills for complex queries
  • Knowledge of cloud data warehouse platforms such as BigQuery or RedShift
  • Linux sysadmin skills and understanding of networks and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
  • Proficiency with Git and branching strategies such as GitFlow
  • Some frontend development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Test-driven mindset with experience in automated testing frameworks
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and DevSecOps tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Legal right to work in the European Union
