Description

Help engineering teams deliver software faster and more consistently by building golden-path templates, reference implementations, and developer tooling. You will automate self-service onboarding, gather team feedback, and continuously improve developer enablement while maintaining production standards for security, resilience, observability, and supportability.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain golden-path templates, reusable engineering patterns, and reference implementations.
• Create real-world examples based on production projects that teams can adopt and reuse.
• Improve and automate self-service developer onboarding to scale across a large organization.
• Develop and enhance developer tooling, automation, templates, and onboarding assets.
• Run feedback loops through office hours and developer communities; translate pain points into practical improvements.
• Partner with engineering teams to resolve DevEx issues and drive them to completion.
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation, how-to guides, and implementation examples.
• Ensure templates and guidance meet production standards (security, resilience, observability, supportability).
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Risk & Control to deliver practical and compliant solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience with at least one of: Java, Kotlin, Node.js.
• Proven experience building and delivering automation, reusable templates, reference implementations, developer tooling, or onboarding solutions.
• Good understanding of DevEx and how standardisation and automation simplify software delivery.
• Experience creating reusable engineering patterns or solutions adoptable by multiple teams.
• Production engineering mindset: security, resilience, observability, and supportability.
• Ability to create clear and practical technical documentation, how-to guides, and examples.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, platform, architecture, product, and risk/control teams.
