Description

Join the Offensive Testing team to plan, execute, and report Red Team exercises (including TLPT and TIBER). You will oversee external vendors, collaborate with the Blue Team during Purple Teaming, and deliver offensive security projects such as security control testing, war gaming, and attack path mapping. Act as a subject matter expert in offensive security to help protect the bank.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Red Team exercises (TLPT and TIBER): preparation, execution, and reporting

• Oversee external vendors supporting offensive security exercises

• Collaborate with the Blue Team and other stakeholders during Purple Teaming

• Prepare, execute, and report offensive security projects (security control testing, war gaming, attack path mapping)

• Provide offensive security subject-matter expertise

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Red and Purple Team exercises

• Hands-on penetration testing experience

• Practical experience with Command and Control tools, writing exploits, fuzzing, and breach attack simulation tools

• Regulatory-based Red Teaming experience (e.g., TIBER, CBEST, iCAST, FEER, AASE)

• Working experience with MITRE ATT&CK

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

• Ability to explain complex technical problems to a business-oriented audience

• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux and networking

• Familiarity with scripting and coding languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell, Perl; and C/C++, Java, C#)

• Strong English written and spoken communication
