Description

Own end-to-end design across Bookings and Online Store—from early concepts and user flows to polished, high-fidelity UI ready for development. Create visually compelling, customer-facing interfaces (including iconography and illustrations), collaborate across multiple squads, and evolve a scalable design system. Use qualitative research and user data to inform decisions and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end design from concepts and user flows to production-ready UI
• Maintain high visual craft and consistency across the portfolio
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers across multiple squads
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability
• Use qualitative research and user data to guide and validate designs

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design (wireframes and user flows to high-fidelity UI), with emphasis on visual craft, typography, and layout
• Experience designing customer-facing products on web and mobile, ideally in e-commerce or bookings
• Proven experience contributing to design systems at scale
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders across different product areas
• Collaborative, curious mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping momentum
