Description

You will work on an ecosystem of tools supporting customer service for a retail environment, including AI-powered ticket assistance (automation, classification, and content suggestions) and a customer panel built with microfrontend architecture. You’ll help design and implement backend and ML integrations, from idea to delivery and ongoing maintenance, while contributing to monitoring and operations of cloud-based ML services. Quality is ensured through code reviews, pairing, and automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end development (from concept to implementation and maintenance)

• Contribute to software architecture, especially for LLM/ML integrations and technology decisions

• Ensure solution quality via code review, pair programming, and automated testing

• Collaborate with teams developing shared frontend and backend ecosystem components

• Consult on monitoring, maintenance, and operations for cloud-based ML microservices

Requirements

• Polish (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

• Several years of professional software development with Python

• Strong REST API, FastAPI-based microservices, and asynchronous service experience

• Experience integrating LLMs, NLP, machine learning models, and MLOps

• Experience with model serving in production and monitoring

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and data pipelines

• Ability to implement cloud solutions using Docker and CI/CD with monitoring and observability

• Practical software engineering knowledge: Clean Code, TDD, automated tests
