Description

You will create and develop WordPress websites with a focus on performance, UX, and SEO. The role includes implementing custom themes and plugins, optimizing for Core Web Vitals, and ensuring security, stability, and smooth integrations. You’ll also collaborate with marketing and design to convert Figma projects into working pages.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve WordPress-based websites (speed, UX, SEO)
• Implement dedicated themes and plugins (not only using ready templates)
• Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals and loading speed
• Integrate external systems (e.g., CRM, online payments, mailing tools like ActiveCampaign/Redlink)
• Maintain security, updates, and operational stability (backups, monitoring, recovery)
• Work with marketing and a designer to translate Figma into functional pages

Requirements

• Solid WordPress coding knowledge (PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
• Ability to write custom plugins and modify existing implementations
• Knowledge of WooCommerce (e-commerce projects welcome)
• Experience with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
• Experience with Elementor/Divi/Gutenberg (beyond drag-and-drop)
• Technical SEO and performance skills (cache, lazy load, image optimization)
• Basic UX/UI understanding and ability to implement design from Figma
• Security and reliability know-how (firewall, SSL, bot protection, backups/monitoring/recovery)
• Additional advantage: API integrations (REST, webhooks) and automations
