Description

You will build, customize, maintain, and optimize Magento and Adobe Commerce websites. The role includes converting Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Magento sites, developing and customizing themes and modules, and integrating with third-party systems via APIs. You will also ensure clean, well-documented code and resolve cross-browser compatibility issues.

Responsibilities

• Work daily in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Magento, Adobe Commerce, and Zend Framework
• Build Magento Community and Adobe Commerce (including custom PHP and other eCommerce platforms)
• Convert Figma or PSD designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Magento sites
• Develop and customize Magento themes, plugins, and modules; implement frontend functionality
• Support data migration and Magento module/theme development, including headless or decoupled Magento
• Resolve cross-browser compatibility issues
• Write clean, structured, and well-documented code
• Integrate data with Sage, QuickBooks, WordPress, Salesforce, APIs, and ERP/stock management systems
• Work in a LAMP development environment
• Use version control such as Git or SVN
• Support multiple projects and tasks while maintaining quality and organization

Requirements

• Expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, and CSS3
• Strong Magento development experience
• Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into pixel-perfect responsive Magento websites
• Ability to work in a LAMP development environment
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive web development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Great attention to detail and organized work style
• Ability to articulate ideas and technical concepts professionally in English
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Ability to adapt to a diverse, multicultural remote work environment
• Positive attitude and passion for building in a startup-style environment
• Availability: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Pacific Time
