Description

Faculty positions are available in the UCSF Department of Neurology across General Neurology, Headache Medicine, and Neuromuscular Medicine. Candidates will be appointed based on experience at academic levels ranging from Instructor through Full Professor within multiple faculty series. The role emphasizes excellence in clinical care and/or research, with strong interdisciplinary collaboration and mentorship.

Role Description / Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding clinical care and/or conduct research

• Collaborate with neurology, neuroscience, and translational medicine experts

Requirements

• MD or doctoral degree

• Postdoctoral training or post-MD residency and fellowship in a relevant field

• Preferred: current medical licensure and Board Certification in Neurology

• Demonstrated excellence in clinical care and/or research
