Description

Traveling Speech-Language Pathologist locum assignment in a skilled nursing facility for adult and geriatric patients. Monday–Friday coverage with a 32-hour guarantee (up to 40 hours/week). SNF/long-term care experience and PDPM experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services in the SNF/long-term care setting

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients

• Document care in Rehab Optima

Requirements

• SNF/long-term care experience required

• PDPM experience required

• Adult and geriatric experience working in speech therapy
