Description

Provide hands-on technical leadership for migrating CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard workstreams into UiPath-native applications within a broader UiPath transformation program. You will define the technical migration approach, design solutions that follow shared architecture/security/integration/data standards, and manage cross-system dependencies through validation and rollback planning. You will also lead technical designs for contract workflows, procurement and spend features, and access certification with full auditability.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and define the migration approach for CLM, SaaS Management, and AccessGuard
• Translate program architecture into practical solution designs per workstream
• Ensure designs follow shared UiPath development, integration, data, security, controls, AI-enabled capabilities, and auditability standards
• Assess inherited solutions, prototypes, workflows, documentation, integrations, and partially completed components
• Identify technical debt, unsupported assumptions, design gaps, security concerns, and limitations in inherited work
• Define migration sequence, prerequisites, transition checkpoints, validation approach, and rollback considerations
• Design CLM workflows: contract processing, document processing, approval routing, data extraction, audit evidence
• Design SaaS Management workflows: purchase-order ingestion, vendor-data processing, renewal workflows, spend reporting, review functionality
• Design AccessGuard workflows: access-certification, connectors, role mappings, segregation-of-duties controls, escalation routing, audit trails
• Design and coordinate integrations with Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, SAP, identity systems, and other in-scope platforms
• Coordinate migration dependencies with customer system owners, platform teams, security teams, and third-party suppliers
• Convert business/process requirements into detailed technical designs and implementable engineering tasks
• Support backlog refinement, technical estimation, sprint planning, dependency sequencing, and readiness assessment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical leadership roles delivering enterprise application migrations or transformations
• UiPath development, integrations, and AI-enabled automation expertise
• Experience leading technical design for contract lifecycle management, procurement, or access-governance solutions
• Integration design experience with Icertis, DocuSign, Coupa, and SAP
• Proficiency with identity systems (authentication, authorization) and data mapping for enterprise integrations
• Knowledge of security, controls, and auditability standards within large-scale transformation programs
• Understanding of migration planning including sequencing, prerequisites, validation, and rollback strategies
• Familiarity with backlog refinement, technical estimation, and sprint planning in Agile environments
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional dependencies across architects, business analysts, testers, project managers, and security teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
