Description

You will contribute to architecture decisions and build resilient backend solutions for a highly technical SaaS environment. The role involves developing scalable microservices and event-driven systems, and continuously improving performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software in C# and .NET for distributed environments

• Design and implement scalable microservices and event-driven architectures

• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform evolution

• Improve system performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on scalable SaaS solutions

• Support best engineering practices across development and delivery

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise with C# and .NET

• Experience designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices

• Experience with event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka)

• Ability to work with scalable backend data stores (NoSQL)

• Experience improving performance, reliability, observability, and maintainability

• Experience with cloud-native tooling and containerized deployments

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams

• Familiarity with Agile development practices and SRE principles
