Description

You’ll complete a 3-year training program in the media technology field and work on planning, developing, and supporting IT system solutions. The apprenticeship also includes tasks related to marketing and sales of IT solutions, order processing including purchasing and procurement, and participation in projects, deployment scheduling, and logistics. You’ll receive structured onboarding, a personal buddy from day one, and regular feedback.

Responsibilities

• Train in media technology-focused IT systems management
• Plan and develop IT system solutions
• Support application software
• Help with marketing and sales of IT system solutions
• Process customer orders including purchasing and procurement
• Plan and carry out projects
• Support deployment scheduling and logistics

Requirements

• Good intermediate school leaving certificate with strong grades, especially in MINT subjects (Math, IT, natural sciences, technology)
• German language level assessable at B2
• Enjoy analytical thinking and technical interrelationships
• Enjoy independent, varied tasks and teamwork
• Strong communication skills and high personal motivation
• Initial hands-on experience in IT or a commercial/IT-related area
