• Compensation: 1,200–1,600 PLN net/day (depending on experience)

Description

You will develop Underwriter OS, including a Next.js/React frontend and a Python/FastAPI backend, and design AI agents to support underwriting processes. The role covers orchestrating LLM/agent workflows, converting underwriting rules into agent instructions, extracting and processing data from broker documents using NLP/OCR, and integrating the solution with key business systems. You will deploy containerized components on Microsoft Azure using CI/CD and collaborate with business and technology experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop Underwriter OS (Next.js/React frontend; Python/FastAPI backend)
• Design, build, and evolve AI agents for underwriting workflows
• Orchestrate AI agents with LangChain/LangGraph and integrate them into the application
• Translate underwriting policies into agent-ready instructions and processes
• Implement automated extraction and processing of data from broker documents using NLP/OCR
• Integrate with business systems (policy admin, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portal, Outlook)
• Build Azure-based solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure Blob Storage
• Containerize and deploy solutions to Microsoft Azure with CI/CD
• Work with domain and technical experts to design new AI/LLM-powered solutions
• Co-create a new underwriting operating model via AI-driven process automation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Data Science/AI experience, including at least 1 year implementing production solutions
• Very good Python knowledge (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)
• Very good Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js with full-stack development experience
• Practical experience building and deploying LLM-based systems and AI agents
• Very good knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain (or similar) and prompt engineering/context engineering concepts
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services: Azure Blob Storage, Azure Document Intelligence, Azure AI Foundry
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL; effective data handling
• Practical MLOps experience with Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Experience with NLP/OCR and processing unstructured document data
• Understanding of AI Governance and the AI Act
• Higher technical education (e.g., IT, math, sciences, engineering)
• Strong analytical and communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
