Description

You will maintain and develop the SAP CRM & Billing environment that supports key business processes for billing, customer handling, devices, and metering. Beyond pure administration, you will analyze business needs, translate them into system solutions, propose improvements, and work closely with business teams, IT teams, and external vendors. You will also ensure system stability, performance, and quality, and support end users.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop SAP CRM & Billing

• Administer, configure, and optimize the system

• Analyze business requirements and map them to system solutions

• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and optimization projects

• Ensure system stability, performance, and quality

• Analyze and resolve system incidents and problems

• Support end users

• Collaborate with business, IT teams, and external vendors

• Work on processes for devices and metering

• Document changes, configurations, and processes

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience with SAP CRM/Billing in an administrator, consultant, or expert role

• Very good knowledge of the SAP HANA environment

• Practical experience with billing and CRM systems in a large enterprise environment

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the energy sector with billing or CRM systems

• Good knowledge of billing, customer service, devices, and metering processes

• Ability to independently analyze problems and design system solutions

• Experience collaborating with business users and external vendors

• Independence, ownership, and proactive approach

• English enabling comfortable work with technical documentation
