Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of a high-scale hybrid infrastructure platform supporting domain registration, web hosting, and SSL services. You will drive DevOps best practices, automate provisioning with Terraform, and ensure reliable, scalable, and secure operations. You will also mentor other DevOps engineers and collaborate with engineering and leadership to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of hybrid AWS-based and on-premise infrastructure
• Drive DevOps best practices, standards, and technical decisions across the team
• Design and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform
• Manage and optimize containerized environments with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
• Develop, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines
• Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch
• Ensure reliability, performance, security, and scalability of the platform
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and production issues
• Collaborate with management, development, and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other DevOps engineers

Requirements

• Extensive experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering roles, including technical leadership
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and designing cloud-based infrastructure
• Solid production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong Infrastructure as Code knowledge, especially Terraform
• Experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes applications
• Strong experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch
• Strong Linux administration and Bash scripting skills
• Experience with Git and modern software development workflows
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and cross-team collaboration
