Description

This locum tenens assignment offers flexible coverage options, from short stays to longer engagements, based on the facility’s needs. The position is for a Hematologist/Oncologist covering outpatient clinic hours with no call. The goal is approximately 30 patients per clinic day.

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology care in the clinic

• Manage a patient panel with an expected ~30 patients per clinic day

• Deliver care for returning and new patients (target 80% return, 20% new)

• Work in accordance with hospital privileges requirements

Requirements

• Hospital privileges required

• Ability to work Mon–Thu, 8am–4pm with no call

• Hematology/Oncology physician experience
