Description

You will take technical ownership of a new iOS product from the ground up, leading greenfield development using Flutter. You will translate product needs into engineering decisions, troubleshoot technical problems, and supervise AI-assisted coding to ensure correctness and quality. Daily development includes using Claude Code, with additional support for build and delivery workflows as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of a new iOS PreEmptive product

• Drive greenfield implementation and convert product needs into engineering tasks and decisions

• Develop with Flutter and build understanding of iOS and low-level technology context as needed

• Resolve unfamiliar technical problems through investigation, collaboration, and supervised use of AI tools

• Use Claude Code daily while ensuring delivered implementations are correct and high quality

• Contribute to adjacent engineering work (build and delivery workflows) when required

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter engineering experience

• Ability to lead greenfield product development as the single engineer allocated to the product

• Critical thinking: break down complex problems, identify unknowns, and ask useful questions of teammates/AI agents

• Ability to supervise AI-assisted development: review generated code and verify intended results

• Willingness to learn and contribute beyond the primary stack (e.g., C++ packages, front-end tasks, CI/CD) when needed

• Upper-intermediate English level
