Description

Lead and implement innovative analytical solutions using cloud-native, data, and NoSQL technologies. Build cloud, on-premise, and hybrid solutions using best-in-class data frameworks while connecting technology, business, and AI through engineering leadership. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evaluate features and architecture and help drive technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Data, and NoSQL technologies
• Develop Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions using modern data frameworks
• Drive next waves of AI adoption
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and evaluate new features and architecture
• Partner with architects and technical leads across functional groups
• Analyze business problems and technical environments to design quality technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure testing meets best-practice specifications
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture; mentor team members
• Maintain project documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development with data software engineering technologies
• Advanced knowledge of Python
• Strong experience with Spark and Databricks
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Confidence using AI development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience managing small and mid-size teams using Agile methodology
• Ability to explain technological solutions simply for business audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• Exceptional English communication skills (B2+)
