My client in Southwestern New Mexico has an opening for a Permanent Onsite Revenue Cycle Director. They are seeking a Revenue Cycle Director who is a proven, genuine “change agent.” Critical Access Hospital billing and Medicaid eligibility experience are required, and Medicare Cost Reporting experience is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the hospital revenue cycle operations
• Drive change initiatives across billing and eligibility workflows
• Manage and develop a team of 3 direct reports

Requirements

• Revenue cycle leadership experience
• Critical Access experience
• Medicaid eligibility experience
• Medicare Cost Reporting experience (preferred)
• Ability to lead and deliver improvements as a change agent
