Description

An acute care hospital on the Southern Oregon Coast seeks an experienced Onsite Senior Director of Quality for a W2 6-month temporary assignment. Candidates must have a clinical background (e.g., nurse, pharmacist, technologist) and Director experience in an acute care hospital. The position reports to the CNO and will lead at least three direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite quality efforts for an acute care hospital

• Manage and coach a quality team (3+ direct reports)

• Report quality leadership up through the Chief Nursing Officer

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Clinical background (nurse, pharmacist, technologist, or similar)

• Minimum 5 years progressive healthcare quality leadership experience within an acute care hospital

• Director experience in an acute care hospital
