Description

Locum tenens OB/GYN hospitalist coverage is needed with responsibilities spanning OB triage, deliveries, C-sections, VBAC, circumcisions, and ER coverage. ER duties include D&C, ectopic pregnancies, and postoperative gyn and OB rounding. The low-risk (NTSV) C-section rate is 14.5%.

Responsibilities

• Provide OB triage
• Manage deliveries
• Perform C-sections and VBAC
• Perform circumcisions
• Provide ER coverage (D&C, ectopic pregnancies, and postoperative gyn and OB rounding)

Requirements

• Experience managing OB triage, deliveries, C-sections, VBAC, and circumcisions
• Ability to handle ER OB/GYN coverage including D&C, ectopic pregnancies, and postoperative gyn and OB rounding
• Ability to work OB hospitalist shifts (24 hours; 12, 36, and 48 hours may be available)
