QA Automation Tester (Java + Playwright + TypeScript)

Industry: bankingRate: up to 100-120 pln/h net + VAT, B2BLocation: Warsaw - hybrid (2x per week in the office)Responsibilities:The QA Automation Tester will play a crucial role in the modernization of the corporate administration module. Key responsibilities include:Conduct QA activities for module modernization.Develop and execute automated tests using Java and Playwright with TypeScript.Collaborate with developers, analysts, and the Product Owner to define testing requirements.Manage test cases and defects using JIRA and qTest.Utilize version control systems such as GIT, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools like Bamboo or Jenkins.Must have:Strong hands-on experience in test automation: Java (API testing).Experience with Playwright and TypeScript (frontend end-to-end testing).Proficiency in JIRA and qTest.Knowledge of GIT or other version control systems.Very good communication skills.Nice to have:Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.Ability to identify, reproduce, and document defects.Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.Proactive attitude and ownership of tasks.Solid understanding of frontend testing and test pyramid.
