Description

Build and maintain cloud and data platforms end-to-end, working on backend services in Python and frontend applications in JavaScript. Develop web applications with FastAPI/Flask and React/Next.js, design secure REST API interfaces (JWT/OAuth2), and manage databases in PostgreSQL and Snowflake. Deploy and debug containerized services on Kubernetes and automate releases with CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web applications using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and JavaScript (React, Next.js)

• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL and Snowflake databases

• Perform code reviews in large, actively developed projects

• Deploy, manage, and debug services in Kubernetes clusters

• Build and containerize applications with Docker

• Design secure REST API interfaces with JWT/OAuth2 authentication

• Maintain and configure CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitLab CI

• Use Git for version control (branches, pull requests)

Requirements

• Full stack experience in Python (backend) and JavaScript (frontend)

• Hands-on experience with FastAPI and Flask REST APIs

• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, state management)

• Experience with code reviews in large codebases

• Practical Kubernetes knowledge (deployments, services, ingress, config/secrets, scaling, debugging)

• Knowledge of Azure

• Database experience in PostgreSQL and Snowflake, including schema design and performance tuning

• Proficiency in Docker and containerization best practices

• Strong Git knowledge (branch strategies, pull requests, conflict resolution)

• Understanding of RESTful API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and security best practices

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
