Description

We are looking for an API Backend Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs. Depending on the technology used in the project, you will work in PHP with Symfony or Python with FastAPI/Django. The role focuses on building efficient and scalable API services, integrating systems, and developing the backend layer.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement APIs

• Develop backend services in PHP or Python

• Develop solutions using Symfony or FastAPI/Django

• Create and maintain integrations between systems

• Design and develop REST API endpoints

• Create and update API documentation

• Test and debug developed solutions

• Optimize performance of backend services

• Ensure code quality, security, and readability

• Collaborate with other members of the project team

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience building applications using the technology stack used in the project

• Very good knowledge of API design and implementation in PHP or Python

• Very good knowledge of Symfony for PHP or FastAPI/Django for Python

• Knowledge of REST API design principles

• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases

• Experience integrating systems and services

• Knowledge of Git version control principles

• Knowledge of authentication and authorization principles in APIs

• Ability to create API documentation

• Knowledge of backend application best practices

• Ability to test and debug backend services
