Description

You will support the deployment of a new ERP by coordinating business needs with the Contract Controlling team, ensuring requirements are consolidated and clearly understood by the integration team. The role includes data migration input consolidation, prioritization of requests, identification of schedule risks, functional testing and solution compliance checks, and participation in final validation and process documentation. You will also follow up with users and contribute to training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate expectations with Contract Controlling stakeholders

• Collect and consolidate responses related to data takeover

• Centralize and prioritize requests within the Contract Controlling team

• Ensure the integration team correctly understands the requests

• Identify schedule delay risks and define catch-up plans

• Perform functional tests and verify conformity of delivered solutions

• Support final validation and document processes

• Follow up with end users and contribute to training

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA AMOA consultant

• Experience implementing or deploying an ERP

• Mastery of SAP S/4HANA and key SAP transactions

• Experience coordinating business needs and working with integrators

• Experience with functional testing and data migration

• Strong Excel skills for analysis and data consolidation

• Knowledge of ADV processes and contract management

• Knowledge of controlling and revenue recognition over time

• Experience with project management methods and tools
