Description

You will work in an agile, international environment on the “Home journey” testing process in Nordic financial services. The role focuses on executing a test data strategy: creating reusable test data assets, automating test data provisioning on demand, supporting teams daily, and ensuring trustworthy test data for testing.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain reusable test data assets and automated test data provisioning solutions

• Build self-service data delivery mechanisms

• Implement data masking and anonymization routines and ensure GDPR compliance, validating masked data quality

• Create synthetic test datasets and generate data for edge cases and negative tests

• Generate business-realistic data combinations

• Refresh and clone datasets to support non-production environments and parallel testing

• Integrate test data generation into automation frameworks for CI/CD-driven provisioning and automated regression

• Monitor data availability/quality, resolve data-related defects, and document data dependencies and processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM) or Test Automation

• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge

• Knowledge of mainframe systems and setups

• Hands-on implementation of TDM solutions (data extraction, transformation, generation, masking, cloning, and subsetting)

• Experience supporting automated, integration, and E2E testing within Agile teams

• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Java, or similar)

• Understanding of CI/CD processes (Git, Jenkins) and DevOps practices

• Advanced English proficiency
