Description

Nurse Practitioner needed for an outpatient FQHC in Oregon providing care for patients of all ages. The role requires women’s health and reproductive health experience and includes IUD placement; Nexplanon is highly preferred. Experience managing chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, asthma) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary and urgent-care type services to patients (peds to geriatric)
• Deliver women’s health and reproductive health care
• Perform required IUD placement (Nexplanon preferred)
• Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, and asthma

Requirements

• Women’s health and reproductive health experience required
• IUD placement required; Nexplanon highly preferred
• Chronic health experience required (diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
• Spanish bilingual preferred; rural FQHC background a plus
