Description

You will join an in-house AI & Automation team building AI agents and automation workflows for support specialists across the Allegro One logistics ecosystem. The work focuses on Python and C# backend services, integrations, PostgreSQL data analysis, and automating repetitive tasks using LLM APIs such as GPT, Claude, and Gemini. You will own solutions end to end—from problem understanding and design to implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows used by support teams

• Develop backend services and integrations in Python and C#, working with APIs and internal logistics systems

• Use PostgreSQL for queries, operational data analysis, and diagnostic/decision support tools

• Own solutions end to end: design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and improvement

• Collaborate with support specialists and product/engineering stakeholders to convert repetitive processes into reliable software

• Use LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and AI-assisted engineering tools to automate repetitive work

• Improve delivery and developer workflows with GitHub Actions, Docker, and Azure AKS/Kubernetes

• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with Python and C#; able to independently write, debug, test, and review code

• Practical knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL (queries, joins, data analysis)

• Experience with the full SDLC including testing, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting

• Daily experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, GPT, or Claude as part of your engineering workflow

• Ownership mindset and ability to coordinate and deliver larger tasks within a team

• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions, identify risks/dependencies, and adapt to ambiguous or complex problems

• Ability to connect technical decisions with operational and business outcomes and communicate with non-technical stakeholders

• Focus on code quality, maintainability, reliability, and observability

• Willingness to share knowledge and support less experienced team members

• English proficiency at B2 level
