Description

You will collaborate with electrical technicians and line setup personnel to ensure the production line’s electronic equipment is operational and to support troubleshooting of complex issues. You will manage software backup databases and standardize electrical/software solutions, update device functions according to action plans, and work with process engineers to keep the lines running smoothly. You will also implement necessary corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical technicians and line setup staff in maintaining and troubleshooting electronic line equipment
• Maintain a database of software backups
• Standardize electrical and software solutions used in the plant
• Modify device functions based on action plans
• Ensure smooth line operation with process engineers
• Implement corrective measures

Requirements

• Experience programming PLC systems
• Proficiency with Siemens S7-XXX
• Experience with TIA Portal
• Experience with WINCC Flexible
• Programming with Step7
• Graph programming with Step7 Graph
• Knowledge of Siemens Simatic control systems (advantage)
• Knowledge of camera systems (Cognex, Keyence) (advantage)
• English proficiency B1
