Description

You will work on the development and maintenance of Atlassian Data Center environments for a banking client, covering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. The role focuses on building process improvements and automation, creating integrations, and ensuring stability, security, and performance of the platform. You’ll apply both creative and analytical problem-solving with real impact on tools supporting business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop processes and automation for Atlassian platforms

• Create integrations with external systems

• Maintain stability, security, and performance of Atlassian Data Center

• Design and configure workflows, screens, forms, and schemes

• Use scripting to automate processes

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Diagnose and resolve issues independently; maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian Data Center environments

• Excellent knowledge of Jira Software Data Center, Jira Service Management Data Center, and Confluence Data Center

• Knowledge of Assets (Insight)

• Excellent knowledge of ScriptRunner and Groovy

• Experience with Atlassian REST API

• Practical experience using Atlassian Automation

• Experience designing and configuring workflows, screens, forms, and schemes

• Ability to create scripts and automate processes

• Experience building integrations with external systems

• Knowledge of performance, security, and maintenance topics for Atlassian environments

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Independence in diagnosing and solving problems and creating technical documentation
