Description

You will lead strategic client engagements and oversee large-scale Digital Engineering and Product Engineering transformations across industries including Aerospace & Defense, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas. The role includes identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing end-to-end engineering transformation roadmaps, and leading program governance and execution frameworks. You will also expand the Digital Engineering practice and drive innovation through thought leadership in AI/Data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities (proposals, client presentations, contract pursuits)

• Partner with clients to create value using PLM, Manufacturing, AI, GenAI, data, and emerging technologies

• Develop and execute engineering transformation strategies aligned to client objectives

• Lead design and delivery of large-scale Product Engineering and Engineering Software transformation programs

• Define and industrialize target operating models, governance structures, and execution frameworks

• Establish and lead PMO, VRO, and governance functions to ensure successful program execution

• Grow the Digital Engineering practice by attracting, recruiting, and developing top talent

• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships for long-term partnerships

• Lead multidisciplinary teams with mentorship, coaching, and career development

• Assess and manage project/operational risks and ensure compliance with standards

• Collaborate across capabilities to deliver integrated, cross-capability solutions

• Drive thought leadership through industry engagement, publications, and speaking

• Travel as required for client engagements and business development

Requirements

• 12+ years of consulting, industry, or Digital Engineering leadership experience with success leading large-scale transformations

• Experience establishing and leading major Product Engineering transformation programs

• Proven success delivering Engineering Software and Digital Engineering engagements

• Experience designing/implementing target operating models, governance frameworks, and execution models

• Strong experience establishing PMO, VRO, governance, and program management functions

• Deep understanding of PLM, Manufacturing technologies, and engineering transformation

• Demonstrated business development success (sales pursuits, proposal development, revenue growth)

• Experience managing and selling multi-capability consulting engagements

• Strong knowledge of AI and GenAI in engineering/product development; data-driven approaches

• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI to enhance decision-making, automate processes, and improve performance

• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management

• Success building, leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams

• Established network in Digital Engineering or related industries (A&D, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing)

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
