Description

You will build and take ownership of features for a next-generation operational platform designed to improve production efficiency and reduce downtime. The platform integrates disparate vendor data into a unified knowledge foundation to enable real-time system health monitoring, incident management, and long-term operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of feature delivery—gather requirements, anticipate edge cases, design robust solutions, and implement independently
• Design and develop secure, reliable, high-quality back-end operational services on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with a small engineering team on technical decisions and thorough code reviews
• Participate in rapid iteration cycles with end users and deliver secure, scalable improvements
• Contribute to architectural decisions and maintain technical documentation in Azure DevOps

Requirements

• Production back-end development experience using Python and .NET (C#)
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI or comparable modern Python web frameworks
• Strong architecture skills for reliable, maintainable, scalable services
• Rigorous testing practices and operational readiness
• Production-grade experience building and hosting applications on Azure (application hosting, identity integration, monitoring, secure configuration)
• Knowledge of policy-driven cloud governance and enterprise compliance
• NoSQL database experience (Cosmos DB preferred)
• Ability to integrate frontend applications with enterprise identity and authentication standards
