Description

You will design, build, and implement production-ready data analytics and machine learning solutions for projects including process mining, churn analysis, fraud prevention, and NLP. The role is hands-on and engineering-focused: you will deploy and maintain solutions in production, identify bottlenecks, and find cost optimizations. Collaboration with the business is supported by the team; your key strengths are programming, production ML experience, and strong classic machine learning skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data solutions

• Collaborate with the business team to identify analytics needs

• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights

• Maintain and optimize existing production solutions

• Deploy and improve machine learning processes

• Identify bottlenecks and perform cost optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience

• Experience supporting and deploying production solutions

• Very good Python knowledge (including scipy, pandas, matplotlib)

• Experience with Apache Spark

• Experience with Scala or Java

• Strong experience with classic machine learning

• SQL with ability to write queries independently

• Snowflake and Azure Synapse

• Basic DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes; ability to create and manage containers, handle basic tasks, and work with REST API

• Knowledge of machine learning topics

• Ability to work independently on production implementations and maintenance
