Description

Work with production SQL Server data in a long-term automotive project. Analyze and optimize SQL queries, support and improve ETL/ELT processes, and work with large-scale data. Diagnose performance issues using SQL Profiler and Extended Events, and support data migrations and new deployments.

Responsibilities

• Work with production data in SQL Server

• Analyze and optimize SQL queries

• Support and improve ETL/ELT processes

• Work with large volumes of data

• Monitor processes and diagnose performance-related issues

• Use SQL Profiler and Extended Events to analyze problems

• Analyze execution plans and implement query optimizations

• Support data migration and launch new deployments

• Collaborate with the Store Launch team during additional implementations

• Independently execute assigned tasks and ensure quality in a production environment

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience with SQL Server, especially with production data

• Very good knowledge of SQL

• Experience working with large volumes of data

• Practical knowledge of ETL/ELT processes

• Knowledge of SSMS

• Experience with SQL Profiler and Extended Events

• Ability to read execution plans and optimize queries for performance

• Experience working in a production environment

• Independence and responsibility for assigned tasks

• English proficiency at least B2+
