  • Make architecture decisions considering security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability
  • Ensure code quality via code reviews, automated tests, refactoring, and engineering best practices
  • Diagnose complex issues across PaaS services, shared services, and cloud infrastructure
  • Work with other technical teams

  • Experience implementing distributed solutions for multi-tenant environments and large-scale systems
  • Kubernetes knowledge at a level enabling independent deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of your own service
  • Ability to use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Copilot) as a regular part of engineering workflow
  • Independence and responsibility for the solution end-to-end, from idea/design to a working production system

Benefits

  • Build a cloud platform ecosystem from scratch that supports European space industry, climate research, and meaningful scientific projects
  • Join an autonomous, startup-like team within a stable large organization with strong resources
  • Work with CNCF technologies in production: Kubernetes, KNative, Cilium, ArgoCD, Kubeflow and other open-source projects (with ability to contribute)
  • Real impact on architectural and product decisions
  • AI-native workflow using tools like Claude Code as an integral part of daily work
  • Autonomy and stable operating principles with attractive compensation
  • Social benefits: medical care, Multisport, life insurance
  • Opportunity to attend language classes
