Data Analyst

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Data AnalystResponsibilities:Analyse the structure of prioritised data sets and individual data pointsDocument the current data sourcing process, including source systems, extraction methods and applied business rulesAnalyse differences in data availability and processing across countriesIdentify the actual owners of data and clarify data ownership responsibilitiesMap existing data flows, dependencies and current-state processesEvaluate potential future data sourcing options, including: Existing API integrations, Extension or development of new APIs, Data marts and data lakes, Existing or newly developed robotic solutionsIdentify technical and organisational dependencies for each sourcing optionProvide input enabling high-level cost estimation of proposed solutionsCoordinate analysis and input across multiple business and technology teamsPrepare clear documentation covering data structure, current state, ownership and recommended future sourcing options Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, technical analysis or system analysisStrong experience with data structures, data flows, source systems and data dependenciesGood knowledge of SQL, relational databases and data platforms such as Data Warehouse, Data Mart or Data LakeExperience with REST APIs, system integrations and API-based data sourcingGood understanding of data ownership, data governance and data lineageAbility to document current-state processes, business rules and technical dependenciesUnderstanding of RPA / robotic automation solutions used for data extractionStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsProfessional working proficiency in EnglishNice to have:Previous experience within banking, financial services or another regulated environmentExperience with workflow or case management platforms such as PegaUnderstanding of robotic process automation and data extraction solutionsExperience with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPInd data extraction solutions Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
