Description

Analyse prioritized data sets and individual data points to document current data sourcing processes, ownership, and dependencies. Identify differences in data availability and processing, map current-state data flows, and evaluate future sourcing options such as APIs, data marts/data lakes, and RPA-based extraction. Coordinate inputs across business and technology teams and create clear documentation for recommended next steps.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the structure of prioritised data sets and individual data points

• Document current data sourcing processes (source systems, extraction methods, business rules)

• Identify differences in data availability and processing across countries

• Determine data owners and clarify data ownership responsibilities

• Map existing data flows, dependencies, and current-state processes

• Evaluate future data sourcing options (existing/new APIs, data marts/data lakes, robotic/RPA solutions)

• Identify technical and organisational dependencies for each sourcing option

• Provide input supporting high-level cost estimation

• Coordinate analysis and inputs across multiple business and technology teams

• Produce clear documentation covering data structure, current state, ownership, and recommended future sourcing options

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, technical analysis, or system analysis

• Strong experience with data structures, data flows, source systems, and data dependencies

• Good knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data platforms (Data Warehouse, Data Mart, Data Lake)

• Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and API-based data sourcing

• Understanding of data ownership, data governance, and data lineage

• Ability to document current-state processes, business rules, and technical dependencies

• Understanding of RPA/robotic automation solutions used for data extraction

• Stakeholder management and communication skills

• Professional working proficiency in English
