Description

Join a global team building a next-generation Risk Management platform, working from analysis and design through development, deployment, and 3rd-line production support. Contribute to both low-level application design and higher-level architecture decisions, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full development lifecycle (analysis/design → development → deployment → 3rd-line production support)

• Help design the application at low level and contribute to higher-level architecture decisions

• Provide technical guidance and influence junior developers

• Collaborate with the team to maintain high code quality

• Work on modern risk system software development in a banking environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in modern Java development with strong Spring Boot and Microservices

• Excellent understanding of distributed system design, data structures, and algorithms

• Familiarity with high availability, resiliency, and low-latency applications (plus)

• Familiarity with Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, ELK, MongoDB, SQL, and Python (big plus)

• Experience with Tableau (plus)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; can-do attitude

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
