Description

You’ll contribute to two evolving digital marketing platforms—a co-op advertising management platform and equipment marketing applications. This is a design-first role: you’ll create UX/UI mockups in Figma and then help implement features across frontend and Python backend. UX/UI is a substantial part of the job, with direct collaboration with the client’s CTO and developers.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive UX/UI experiences for two digital marketing platforms

• Create mockups, wireframes, and interface designs in Figma, including feature planning before development

• Translate business requirements and complex workflows into practical, user-friendly interfaces

• Improve usability and visual consistency for existing and new experiences

• Turn designs into functional frontend features using a modern JavaScript framework

• Develop and maintain backend functionality using Python, including REST APIs and scripts

• Work on existing functionality and new solutions as the products evolve

• Collaborate directly with the client’s CTO and developers, taking ownership from concept to implementation

Requirements

• Mid-level or higher commercial experience in UX/UI or Product Design, especially for web applications

• Strong, demonstrable UX/UI skills supported by a solid portfolio (top priority)

• Very good command of Figma (mockups, wireframes, prototypes, detailed UI designs)

• Practical commercial experience with Python, including REST API development and scripting

• Hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (preferably React + TypeScript)

• Ability to translate your own designs into working interfaces and contribute to backend implementation

• Genuine interest in combining design and coding, with UX/UI as a core responsibility

• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take responsibility

• Very good English for regular communication with a US-based client

• Availability for full-time cooperation (40 hours/week), including partial overlap until ~4–5 PM Polish time
