Description

Join a highly skilled engineering team as a Senior Test Automation Engineer. You will design, implement, and scale end-to-end BDD automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber, and run both UI and API automated suites. You will also integrate tests into active CI/CD pipelines and perform deep database validation and debugging of flaky failures.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale end-to-end BDD automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber

• Create and run automated UI scripts and back-end API automation using Rest Assured

• Embed functional test scripts into DevOps CI/CD pipelines

• Validate data by writing precise SQL scripts across multiple database platforms

• Isolate and debug test flakiness by inspecting system logs and troubleshooting automated script failures

Requirements

• 4+ years of recent, continuous hands-on UI automation with Selenium and Java

• 18+ months of recent, continuous hands-on API automation with Rest Assured and Java

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building/using BDD Cucumber frameworks

• 2+ years of extensive experience with database testing and clean SQL queries

• High comfort and deep understanding of Java

• Current and continuous hands-on automation experience (no recent breaks; not shifted into pure management)

• Strong familiarity with TestNG, JUnit, Git, and Maven
