Description

Provide SAP SD functional expertise within an international, long-term project environment while supporting Service Management processes. You will analyze business and functional requirements, translate them into effective SAP solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver initiatives and improve processes throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Service Management processes and activities
• Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of SAP-related initiatives
• Support resolution of functional issues and contribute to continuous process improvement
• Participate in project activities across the full delivery lifecycle
• Work with international teams and stakeholders across different locations
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of processes and solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with SAP (ideally 5–7 years)
• Strong experience in SAP SD
• Solid experience in Service Management
• Good understanding of SAP processes and functional environments
• Experience working with international teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Professional fluency in English
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon
• Availability to travel to Germany or Spain ~1–2 times per month
• Based in Portugal
