Description

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will advance platform operations and help transition from traditional operational models to an automated environment that improves developer capabilities. You will manage core platform operations with Red Hat OpenShift, implement GitOps and CI/CD, and contribute to platform automation for reliable and predictable operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage platform operations using Red Hat OpenShift

• Implement GitOps, CI/CD, and platform automation solutions

• Collaborate with development teams to refine platform requirements and enhancements

• Ensure high operational reliability and predictable operations

• Share knowledge and act as a technical consultant within the team

• Participate in on-call duties

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in platform engineering with Red Hat OpenShift

• Strong understanding of GitOps and CI/CD practices

• Automation understanding

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to work during operational hours and after hours as needed

Nice to Have

• Experience in developer enablement

• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
