Description

This role emphasizes platform operations and delivery (not product software development). You will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate operational tasks, manage Docker and virtual machine environments, strengthen monitoring/alerting/observability, support incidents and releases, and maintain operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
• Automate operational and infrastructure tasks
• Manage Docker-based services and virtual machine environments
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, dashboards, and runbooks
• Support incident response, releases, and rollbacks
• Keep platforms stable, reliable, and compliant
• Support the migration of training services into the Hyperspace portal
• Mentor apprentices and help improve team workflows
• Maintain technical documentation, operational guides, and tooling

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or platform engineering
• Proficiency in Git, Docker, and GitHub Actions
• Understanding of monitoring, alerting, automation, and system reliability
• Skills in scripting for automation, such as Shell, Python, or Groovy
• Familiarity with virtual machines, deployments, and configuration updates
• Ability to mentor junior team members and communicate clearly
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
