Description

You will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and administering Jira and Confluence Data Center environments, including Jira Software and Jira Service Management. The role includes supporting users, implementing new business processes and automations, building integrations with internal and external systems, and ensuring platform availability through performance issue resolution. You will also perform upgrades and security-related activities and prepare technical and administrative documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence Data Center environments

• Implement new business processes, workflows, forms, and automations

• Create integrations with internal and external systems

• Diagnose and resolve performance issues and ensure continuous platform operation

• Perform upgrades and security-related activities for the environment

• Support users and analyze business requirements

• Create technical and administrative documentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Atlassian Data Center environments

• Very strong knowledge of Jira Software Data Center

• Very strong knowledge of Jira Service Management Data Center

• Very strong knowledge of Assets (Insight)

• Very strong knowledge of ScriptRunner

• Very strong knowledge of Groovy

• Very strong knowledge of Atlassian REST API

• Very strong knowledge of Atlassian Automation

• Experience designing workflows

• Experience configuring screens, forms, and schemes

• Experience creating scripts and automating processes
