Description

Design, develop, and support robust Python-based asynchronous real-time services with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and scalability. Integrate external data sources (REST/WebSocket APIs) into the internal data ecosystem and collaborate with traders and other teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support new Python-based asynchronous real-time services
• Collaborate with traders, data scientists, and engineers to understand requirements
• Integrate external data sources (REST/WebSocket APIs) into internal systems
• Participate in prototyping to evaluate new data sources or approaches
• Improve system observability, testing, and CI/CD

Requirements

• Strong Python expertise
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, ideally asyncio
• Ability to build performant, strongly typed Python applications
• Experience integrating external data sources (REST/WebSocket APIs)
