Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic automation solutions. The role includes building advanced context and memory, creating custom RAG and vector-based retrievers, orchestrating tools via MCP (including transport and authentication), and implementing secure, auditable, observable pipelines. You will also create reusable templates and documentation so other teams can adopt these solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of end-to-end agentic systems combining reasoning, decision-making, and autonomous execution
• Design multi-agent architectures using established agent design patterns and robust cross-agent communication
• Build advanced context and memory: dynamic context compression, persistent multi-layer memory (short-term, long-term, episodic, shared), retrieval and forgetting strategies
• Develop custom RAG and vector-based retrievers for relevance and latency/throughput optimization, including semantic search (dense embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking)
• Orchestrate tools via MCP, with understanding of transport layers (HTTP, WebSocket, gRPC) and authentication (OAuth, token-based auth)
• Script in JavaScript and/or Python to extend functionality or preprocess data
• Architect secure, auditable pipelines with encryption, access control, PII sanitization, and traceability
• Work with cloud agent frameworks (AWS, GCP, Azure) at an intermediate level to design and operate solutions
• Deliver end-to-end observability using LLM-specific tooling, OpenTelemetry-based tracing, and infrastructure monitoring to track reliability, performance, and cost
• Create reusable workflow templates and documentation for cross-team adoption
• Own the full lifecycle of agentic solutions, from design and implementation to observability and iteration
• Enable other teams through clear documentation, templates, and guidance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software or automation engineering
• Proven end-to-end expertise in agentic system design covering reasoning, decision-making, and execution
• Expertise in multi-agent architecture, including collaboration/critique mechanisms and cross-agent communication
• Proficiency in advanced context and memory techniques (compression, multi-layer memory, retrieval/forgetting, vector stores, RAG pipelines)
• Background in custom RAG and retrieval optimization (relevance, latency/throughput, semantic search; dense embeddings, hybrid search, re-ranking)
• In-depth MCP knowledge, including transport layers (HTTP, WebSocket, gRPC) and authentication (OAuth, token-based auth)
• Scripting skills with JavaScript and/or Python
• Competency in secure, auditable pipeline design (encryption, access control, PII handling, traceability)
• Intermediate familiarity with cloud agent frameworks (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of observability practices (LLM tooling, OpenTelemetry, infrastructure monitoring with cost/performance tracking)
• Ability to create reusable workflow templates and produce cross-team documentation
• English fluency (written and spoken) at minimum B2 level
