Description

Help build a cutting-edge Android cybersecurity software development kit for mobile components to protect digital banking customers. You will build deep-level Android application protection, enable RASP functionality, detect attack vectors used by fraudsters, and reverse engineer Android apps and binaries. You will also develop automation tools and scripts, research new mobile malware/obfuscation techniques, and document Android components.

Responsibilities

• Build deep-level Android mobile application protection and enable RASP functionality

• Develop SDK detection for attack vectors such as malware behavior, screen sharing, tampering, debugging, and reverse engineering attempts

• Reverse engineer Android applications (Dex, Smali)

• Analyze, modify, and decompile binaries and bytecode

• Create tools and scripts to automate reverse engineering tasks

• Research and evaluate new techniques in mobile malware, obfuscation, and anti-reversing

• Write software documentation for Android components

• Set up and maintain automation tools for the Android mobile build ecosystem

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Android development, especially Kotlin and Java

• Deep knowledge of the Android platform

• Experience with debugging and reverse engineering tools such as Frida, Objection, GDB, and LLDB

• Knowledge of Smali, Dex, and binary artifacts (welcome)

• Experience with rooting and reverse engineering of Android apps / mobile malware analysis (advantage)

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub

• Understanding of Android build tools and distribution stack: Gradle, Maven, JFrog Artifactory, Jenkins, App Center, GitHub Actions

• Strong written communication skills in English (documentation, tickets, occasional customer support)

• Ability to work with personal responsibility, patience, and passion for high-quality software (fit)
