Description

You’ll work in the Atlassian team to design and consult on solutions in Jira and Confluence (including Jira Service Management and Atlassian Cloud). The role combines technical Atlassian expertise with business analysis and presales support—helping customers identify the real problem and translating needs into practical solutions (workflows, permissions, structures, reporting, and basic automation). You’ll collaborate with consultants and the sales/presales team across discovery, solution design, proposals, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Consult and propose Atlassian solutions, especially Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Atlassian Cloud

• Analyze customer processes, requirements, and needs

• Lead customer workshops

• Design workflows, permissions, project structures, reporting, and basic automation

• Support sales during preparation of new Atlassian opportunities

• Participate in presales: understand scope, propose solutions, and provide inputs to bids

• Attend customer meetings, presentations, and consulting sessions

• Communicate with the customer during and after implementation

Requirements

• Experience with Atlassian tools (required)

• Ability to understand customer problems beyond blindly fulfilling tickets

• Strong analytical thinking with overlap into business analysis

• Ability to lead discussions with customers and ask the right questions

• Willingness to support the sales team with new Atlassian offers

• Ability to prepare and/or support solution proposals for bids

• Communication skills in Czech or Slovak; English proficiency

• Willingness to travel to customers across the Czech Republic as needed
