Description

You will help establish and grow QA practices across an AI platform where AI, data, and complex integrations come together. The work includes planning and running manual and automated tests across UI, web/desktop applications, and backend, plus developing scalable automated test tooling.

Depending on experience, you may move more toward QA strategy and guidance or stay primarily hands-on with automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated testing

• Plan and run broader test coverage (UI, web and desktop applications, backend)

• Develop automated tests with Selenium (Java or C#) and FlaUI (C#)

• Maintain test cases in Zephyr

• Contribute to the test framework and tooling development

• Collaborate with product management and business teams to clarify requirements and changes

Requirements

• 3+ years of QA experience

• Experience with both manual and automated testing

• Proficiency in C# (preferred) or Java; knowledge of testing tools, ideally Selenium and FlaUI

• SQL knowledge; experience testing data flows in data-oriented applications

• Willingness to experiment and use AI tools daily to improve quality and efficiency

• Strong communication in English and Czech
